IN GENERAL
All items have estimated shipping schedules from the manufacturer in their description. These are subject to change at any time and without notice. Since we do have many suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Currently, free shipping on the site is only in reference to the contiguous United States and does not include Alaska or Hawaii. Please call or email for rates to Alaska or Hawaii.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need an item before its listed shipping time, please call for availability. We may be able to make special arrangements with our manufacturers. Some rush orders may incur an additional cost.
CANADIAN ORDERS
At this time we do not process Canadian orders through the site. Please call or email if you are interested in shipping an order to Canada.
TAX
All orders processed in the state of Kentucky will be subject to state tax. Everything else in the contiguous United States will be free of tax.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - OUR #1 PRIORITY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund your money (less any shipping fees) or exchange any* item on our website within 30 days of delivery.
To return an item, please call one of our customer service representatives for a return authorization # and correct shipping address of the manufacturer. Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
If your item is damaged, we will replace it at no charge as long as we are notified within 5 days of delivery.
*Custom orders, bulk orders and gift certificates are non refundable. Due to their extreme custom nature, returns cannot be accepted for blanket chests, sofa chairs, loveseats, sofas, sectionals, ottomans and chaise lounges. |
