If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund your money (less any shipping/restocking fees) or exchange any* item on our website within 30 days of delivery.
To return an item, please call one of our customer service representatives for a return authorization # and correct shipping address of the manufacturer. Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
If your item is damaged, we will replace it at no charge as long as we are notified within 5 days of delivery.
*Custom orders, bulk orders and gift certificates are non refundable. Due to their extreme custom nature, returns cannot be accepted for blanket chests, sofa chairs, loveseats, sofas, sectionals, ottomans and chaise lounges.
